Red Bull Snow Scramble 2022!

Earlier this year, I got a call from Red Bull about an amazing event taking place just south of Traverse City, Michigan. It sounded awesome, and I knew it would be a perfect fit!

Red Bull Snow Scramble is a UTV race held along a 4-mile course in the rolling hills of Copemish, Michigan. Red Bull was looking for epic event coverage (videos to come!) and for us to do a social media takeover on their motorsports channels.

For this project, we assembled a crew of 4 people and went to work!

The biggest challenge was the shear size of the course and the weather! It was extremely windy so flying drones and getting clean audio was tough, but our crew crushed it!

Thank you for trusting us with this incredible project Red Bull!

We are looking forward to next year!

We Won 2 Gold Telly Awards!

Back in the late summer of 2020, our friends at TFA Group reached out to us about filming and editing an anthemic film following Mike Schultz’s story, in partnership with Solidworks. We were thrilled to find out that it won 2 Gold Telly Awards!

The Telly Awards honor excellence in video and television across all screens.

The Telly Awards was founded in 1979 to honor excellence in local, regional and cable television commercials with non-broadcast video and television programming added soon after. The Telly Awards annually showcases the best work created within television and across video, for all screens. Receiving over 12,000 entries from all 50 states and 5 continents, Telly Award winners represent work from some of the most respected advertising agencies, television stations, production companies and publishers from around the world. The Telly Awards recognizes work that has been created on the behalf of a client, for a specific brand and/or company or self-directed as a creative endeavor.

I Put a GoPro on my Camera At Monster Energy Supercross

Ever wonder what it’s like to be on the stadium floor filming the best dirt bike riders in the world? Well look no further. During rounds 1-3 of the 2020 season of Monster Energy Supercross, I attached a GoPro Max to my arsenal of cameras and captured a ton of behind the scenes footage. The results are pretty awesome.

Telling Your Story Through Video

How can I use videos to grow my business?

This podcast episode is all about how we can use specific types of videos to attract, engage and inspire customers, and ultimately grow your business. A key component of this podcast is what I call a “brand story video” and in my experience this type of video connects and engages with customers more than any other form of video out there. I’ll also talk about other ways you can optimize your website with a few different types of video that can help you reach a bigger audience.

A Day at the Cranberry Marsh

In this video, I give you a behind the scenes look at how I film the sanding process at a cranberry marsh in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. This is part of a yearlong video project showing every step in the cranberry growing process. I can’t wait to wrap this project up and share it with everyone.

Chatting With Marty Leum of Dirt Monkey Excavating

Marty Leum is a longtime friend and client of Luke Parmeter Productions. He is known in the excavating world as a dirt artist and operates under the name Dirt Monkey Excavating. I’ve assisted Marty in promoting his business helping him gain hundreds of thousands of views. We decided to sit-down and chat about business, life, and everything in between. Another cool aspect of filming video podcasts is all the content you can make from it. For example, I took a 1-minute snippet from the podcast and created this promo video. The best part about this promo video is the realness of it. It’s not scripted, it’s not rehearsed. It’s just real:

Chatting with Derek Guetter | ATV Big Air Tour

Derek Guetter is a good friend of mine and I’ve worked with him on numerous video projects throughout the last 10 years. After a full day of filming with him yet again, I got the recorder out on the way to the airport and asked him a few questions about his career, business, and life in general.

Episode Description:

In this episode, I chat with Derek Guetter. Derek is a freestyle ATV rider, entrepreneur, stuntman, and all around good guy. Since 2003, Derek has traveled the world performing freestyle motocross in front of millions of fans, produced and directed ATV and dirt bike movies, appeared in the Hollywood movie Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, and most recently, along with his wife Larissa, have taken the ATV Big Air Tour across the United States. He is currently producing and directing Butter 2, the sequel to 2013’s Butter: All Moto Flavored! movie.

Why You’re Business Needs A Brand Story Video

In my experience, brand story videos connect and engage with viewers more than any other form of video out there.

So what is a brand story video? Well, imagine we're watching a short, cinematic documentary about your business. This video explains the story of who your company is, what you're all about, and ultimately how you solve your customer's problems.

That's really the overall goal of every video - show how you can solve the customer's problem. And by doing it in a cinematic way like this, we're connecting to the customer on the human level, and that's how you build your customer's trust. And we all know that trust is the foundation of conversions and sales.

When customers trust you, it's much easier to sell them on your products

So that's what I call a brand story video. My clients love doing these types of videos and the feedback that I hear is always amazing.

Ready to connect with your customers on the human level? Let’s get started!
